We want to assist you in coping with your financial requirements. We understand that billing and payment for healthcare services can be confusing and complicated. We are dedicated to helping you through the billing process. Together, we can ensure that your experience is as easy as possible allowing you to focus on getting healthy.
If you have questions related to your bill or insurance, please contact a patient account representative at 877-442-2989.
Payment will be required prior to services being rendered. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you would like to learn more please please visit Ways to Pay.
As a courtesy to you, a claim will be filed to your insurance company. Many insurance companies list specific instructions on the card regarding pre-certification or prior authorization for services. It is your responsibility to ensure that an authorization and/or pre-certification is obtained prior to services rendered and payment is received based on your contracted benefits with your insurance company. If authorization is denied or not obtained and payment is not received by your insurance company, you may be liable for any unpaid charges.
You will be required to pay any deductibles or co-insurance dictated by your insurance plan at time of service.
Our staff will call your insurance company to get the best estimate of what you will owe for the procedure. Please remember this is just an estimate. The final patient amount owed will be determined after your insurance company processes your claim.
We accept most major insurance plans. Participating insurances and their names change frequently. If a particular insurance is not listed, please call Tricounty Radiology at 843.529.0600 to verify participation.
If you are not covered by insurance, Tricounty Radiology provides affordable self pay pricing. Payment will be due at time of service.
